1. Custom Orders
All custom items are made to order based on the details provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalization details (names, spelling, colors, sizing, etc.) are correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, a replacement will be issued. No refunds are provided for damaged items.
4. Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on order volume and customization. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, listings, and content created by Moonlit Siren Co. are the property of the shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
