Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Upon review and verification, a replacement item will be made and shipped at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or returns for customization errors provided by the customer, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/details submitted at the time of purchase.
